The Problem
Talent Is Everywhere. Access Is Not.
Millions of women across Africa have the talent, ambition and potential to build better lives, businesses and communities, but lack the access needed to turn that potential into opportunity.
Love for Change Women Foundation Exists to Bridge That Gap.
Access Unlocks Opportunity.
Societal Barriers
The barriers women face are not simply about a lack of talent or ambition. They are barriers to access: digital tools, economic opportunities, skills, mentorship and quality livelihoods.

89.7%
Lack of Quality Livelihoods
Across Africa, 89.7% of employed women are in informal employment, compared with 82.7% of men. In most of Sub-Saharan Africa the figure is above 90%, so for many women work does not bring a secure livelihood.

Why This Is Happening
When Women Lack Access, Opportunity Stays Out of Reach.
When women lack access to digital tools, economic opportunities, skills, resources and quality livelihoods, their ability to build secure and prosperous futures is limited, reducing their ability to contribute fully to society and nation building.
Unless There Is Immediate Intervention, the Cycle of Poverty and Lack of Access Will Continue to Affect African Women.
