InnovatHER STEAM creates opportunities for girls and women to access STEM education, technology, innovation, and future-focused skills.
Through practical learning, hands-on experiences, and exposure to technology, we help girls build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and see themselves as creators, innovators, and future leaders in technology.

Pathways to Learn, Build, Earn & Thrive
STEAM Bootcamp
A virtual learning experience providing girls in underserved communities with exposure to coding, robotics, design thinking, and problem-solving.
InnovatHER Workshop
A practical, hands-on experience where girls turn ideas into solutions through technology, engineering, creativity, and teamwork.

Keeping Growth Going Beyond the Programme
Our work does not end when a programme ends. Community Sessions connect participants and alumni through peer learning, networking, mentorship, feedback, and leadership opportunities.
We create communities where women and girls can continue to learn, grow, support one another, and build relationships beyond the initial programme experience.
